Our Leaders
Paul MilliganOwner/Board Member
Paul Milligan was originally a Navy man who moved to the corporate world over 25 years ago. Paul started his first business 18 years ago and currently is the owner of several companies in Fort Worth and Wise County including Solaris Healthcare and Global Technical Services. He also serves on the Board of Directors for multiple businesses and ministries.
Although he remains very involved, Paul retired from the day to day operations of his businesses in 2002. He currently travels around the world teaching on practical financial and business principles.
Paul and his wife, Patsy, have spent most of their lives in Wise County and currently live in Decatur. They have 3 children, Lana, Andy and Sarah and 7 grandchildren.
Andy Milligan RN, BSN, CHPNPresident/CEO/Owner
Andy Milligan serves as the President and CEO of Solaris Healthcare, Inc. He was raised in Wise County and graduated from Decatur High School. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Nursing degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Oral Roberts University.
Andy started in hospice care over 10 years ago and is a Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. He owns multiple companies and has used his unique blend of both healthcare and business experience to grow and develop Solaris into a leader in palliative medicine.
Andy and his wife, Jessica, reside in Decatur. They are blessed and busy with their three children Anna, Allyson and Jacob.
Neil Livingston RN, CHPNVice President/Owner
Neil Livingston serves as the Vice President of Solaris Healthcare and is one of the original founders of the company. He has been a certified Texas fire fighter, a paramedic and is board certified as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse.
He and his wife, Luanne, have lived in Wise County for over 20 years and have three children, Shae, Shelby and Neil. Neil and Luanne share a strong commitment to their local community. They have played an integral role in everything from pageants honoring local senior citizens to promoting school spirit.
